I can’t even front.. I didn’t go outside. It’s cold as hell out there. But that didn’t stop me from getting it in! Did a very thorough amount of stretching along with 15 push ups, 20 squats and 15 minutes of 10 lbs free weights.
1 bowl of whole grain cereal with soy milk
1 slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
I’ve only had 2 cups of water and its 3:22 pm.. NO BUENO! About to get 2 more cups. I will get 8 cups down before bedtime.
