I learned that you should avoid weighing yourself on a digital scale because they can not be adjusted and therefore are inaccurate.

Standing 6 feet tall, this is me at 230 lbs

WEIGHT LOG:

  • 11/26/2011 – 216 lbs
  • 12/2/2011 – 213 lbs
  • 12/9/2011 – 206.5 lbs (WOOT WOOT!)
  • 12/16/2011 – 204 lbs
  • 12/23/2011 – 203 lbs (bad week of eating)
  • 12/31/2011 – 204 lbs (bbbbbbbbbbbooooooooooooo!)
  • 1/6/2012 – 200.5 lbs BOOYAAAHHH! 🙂
  • 1/13/2012 – 199.5 lbs
  • 1/27/2012 – 198

February 1, 2012 – T minus 27 DAYS TO MY 35TH BIRTHDAY!  MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 8LBS BY FEBRUARY 29TH!

  • 2/1/2012 – 200 lbs
  • 2/8/2012 – 203 lbs 😦
  • 2/15/2012 – 197 lbs
  • 2/22/2012 – 198.5 lbs
  • 2/28/2012 – HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
  • 3/30/2012 – 202 lbs   😦  But it’s ok.. this is just a minor set back!
  • 5/9/2012 – 206 lbs
  • 5/16/2012 – 201 lbs……………………BOOM!
  • 5/23/2012 – 198 lbs……………………BOOYAH!
  • 6/6/2012 – 197 lbs……. only 1lb but that’s ok.  It’s one pound not on me!

 

2013!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
